MADELEINES parfumees AU ZESTES DE CITRON
Ingredients
350 g. flour
320 g. sugar
20 g. of baking powder
Zest of three lemons
360 g. of melted and warm butter

The day before
in a big recipient, whip together the eggs, the sugar, and the zests of lemon.
After that, add the flour and the baking powder, then the melted butter.
put the dough in the freezer during one night long.

The next day
butter with a brush the mold for the madeleine, then flour it a little bit.
3/4 of the height of the mold with the dough.
the Madeleine in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
